Subscriptions
How long am I tied to my subscription?
When you choose a 3-month subscription, you pay and get YAIRA for a minimum of three months. After these three months, your subscription can be cancelled monthly. When you choose a 6-month subscription, you pay and receive YAIRA for at least six months. After these six months, your subscription can be cancelled monthly. After the term of your chosen subscription, the subscription can be cancelled monthly. Please do so before the 17th of that month because of the automatic collection. Of course, we are convinced that you want to be “stuck” with the subscription that makes you shine forever!
When do I have to pay?
The moment you choose a YAIRA subscription, you pay immediately for the first month. After that, the cost of the subscription will be debited monthly via direct debit around the 20th.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Around the 20th of the month, the direct debit takes place. It is therefore not possible to cancel your subscription, because your subscription is automatically extended by one month! Do you want to cancel? Then first check whether your chosen term has already expired. Is this the case? Then make sure you cancel before the 18th of the month to make sure you are still on time. Can't remember when your subscription can be cancelled each month? No worries, just check your account and it will tell you whether you can or cannot cancel.
Thongs
How can I change my size?
You can do this in your account.
Can I also buy loose strings?
No this is not possible.
How do I wash and dry my thongs?
The thongs are made with great care and attention. Washing may cause the colours to fade slightly. We recommend washing your thongs not too hot, at 30 degrees. We understand that the dryer is ideal for quick-dry underwear but to keep the thongs in optimal quality, the dryer is not practical. This is because of the fragility of the lace of the thongs.
I have doubts about my size, what should I choose?
Sometimes YAIRA thongs come in slightly smaller than you are used to. Are you hesitating between two sizes? Then choose the larger size.
I have a complaint, what should I do?
It's unfortunate that you have a complaint. Please contact us. This can be done via our mail info@yairalingerie.uk.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return my thong(s)?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return one or more thongs due to hygiene reasons. If your product is wrongly delivered or broken, please contact us via the contact form or email us at info@yairalingerie.uk
My thong is damaged, what should I do?
Is there something wrong with your thong within our warranty period? How annoying! Then we will send you a new thong free of charge. However, there are rules attached to this:
- The string must not have been received more than 14 days ago.
- No payment must be outstanding.
- Any previous return request must have been completed.
- You can submit your request via info@yairalingerie.com. Please include a photo of what is damaged.

Do I have to be at home to receive YAIRA?
No, you do not need to be at home to receive your YAIRA string. The YAIRA string is sent in small bags so it can fit through the letterbox. So every month there is another gift on your doormat!

Payments
How should I pay each month?
When you have paid for your first month, you don't have to do anything for the next month, we take care of that! You pay for your first month when you purchase a subscription. After that, the subscription fee will be debited each month by direct debit. The subscription fee will be debited around the 20th of the month.
Please note! We will therefore debit before you receive the string. Receiving the string is in the last week of the month.
